From the 4-way stop on Sanibel, turn right onto Periwinkle Way and continue all the way until you reach Tarpon Bay Blvd, make a left and go until you hit West Gulf drive.  Make a right and go down about 1 mile and Caribe Beach Resort is on your left, 2669 West Gulf Drive.
